Middle, second and third row (third row in particular for it's high contrast). Critiquing this is a bit difficult since the mood or tone of the film has not been divulged, however none of the bottom two rows feel like the right colour palette has been found. Sticking with a yellow hair/ green body idea would do well to reenforce the monster as seed-allergen characteristic. Sickly colours would work at his most vulnerable moments, I think. And if he's a space man or the bubble boy giving him a clean palette, like white's or light blues, would emphasize his separateness from his surroundings.
